Briggs, lead (second from right), has always enjoyed singing. In fact,

herself, she wouldn’t need to find an accompanist. She is the pianist
and a music leader at Calvary Baptist Church in Mars Hill. Jane teaches
fifth grade at Brush Creek Elementary School in Marshall. She and her
husband, Bill, have two children, Lydia and William.
Joyce Ramsey, tenor (right), has sung in public since she was three years old. Her
experience includes membership in church choirs and in Choral Societies in

love with barbershop music through her husband, Bob Burns, who sings lead
with the men's chorus, Land of the Sky. Joyce is employed by Trane Comfort
Solutions of Asheville.
